Race: Snowshoe

Lake Metroparks Groundhog Day Snowshoe Race: Online Registration

Please note due to weather, the  Feb.2 race has been cancelled BUT there is a snowshoe division added to the xc ski races on Feb.9th at Chapin Forest Reservation in Kirtland, OH. 

 Here is the schedule: 

Friday February 8th at noon registration closes
Saturday February 9th: 10381 Hobart Road Kirtland, OH 44094
  • 8am - check in opens
  • 9am 5k - classic ski race
  • 10am 10k - skate ski race
  • 10:30 am - 5k snowshoe race (10k is possible if enough registrations are received)
  • 10:45 am - Children’s ski races
  • 12:00 pm - Awards presentations

NO SAME DAY REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.





This will be the USSSA Ohio State Championship and a qualifier for the Nationals!
